Frequency Village is inviting 48 conscious families and individuals spread over two, one-month cohorts to participate in a living experiment—a prototype for a New Earth Village and part of our planetary mission to establish 144 bioregional hubs around the world.
This is more than a retreat or a workshop—it’s a holistic living experience in community, where we will explore what it truly means to co-create a thriving, interconnected, high-frequency way of life.

Why a Popup Village?
Visioning a new paradigm is one thing—embodying it is another. This Popup Village is a live, immersive event designed to test, refine, and co-create a new model of living in real time. Over the course of 28 days, you’ll not only dive deep into community, self-mastery, and innovative living systems, but you’ll also explore the Azores in unique ways that few ever do.

What to Expect
✔ Children at the Centre – Frequency Village is designed for future generations. Children are not a secondary consideration, they are the foundation of how we create and live together
✔ Self & Collective Mastery – Daily practices, meditations, rituals, frequency-based tools to heal & harmonize body, mind & spirit, and transformational frameworks to better know thyself, such as genekeys and human design
✔ Community Living – Working with shared leadership models, decentralized decision-making, and sacred circles for men, women and children
✔ Drug & Alcohol Free Event – This is a 100% drug and alcohol free event. There may be opportunities for the use of plant medicines in a ceremonial setting
✔ New Systems for a New Earth – Exploring conscious business, learning, farming, health, and wealth from a holistic and sovereign perspective
✔ Mentorship & Life-Long Learning – Growing foundations for the conscious humans of the future

What's Included
🏡 Luxury Accommodations: Relax in high quality 5.2m Canvas bell tents outfitted with cosy beds, mood lighting, table and chairs, utensils, and fire cooking equipment. (Tipi’s for kids 13+ / Communal toilets and hot showers)
🏟️ Central Event Tent: Our central space to gather, eat, learn, dance, share and play together
🍽️ Organic Food & Spring Water: 3 meals per day. Local organic whole foods and food items including meat, fruit, veggies, herbs, and volcanic spring water provided. Fully catered meal once per week. Specific dietary needs can be catered for
🐳 Private Whale Watching: Private group boat experience to witness the majestic and abundant marine life of the Azores
🔥💧Hot Springs & Waterfalls: Rejuvenate with invigorating swims in natural hot springs and explore the Islands stunning waterfalls

Investment & Family Pricing
🐣 Limited Early Bird tickets are available until April 1st for Cohort 1 and May 1st for Cohort 2, or until sold out.
The transformative experience of the Popup Village is available for €2250 per person (two-adult shared accom) or €2925 per person (single private accom).
With kids and families at the centre, we believe in making this journey accessible to families:
• Kids 13 and over: Enjoy participation at €1000 (Shared Tipis included for all kids 13+, optional)
• Kids 5-12: Accommodation is free of charge (sharing family tent); €450 (€15/day) to cover food costs.
• Kids 4 and under: Participate FREE of charge.
🌟 Grant Program
At Frequency Village, we are committed to inclusion and support those who are truly aligned with our mission. Through our grant program, we offer opportunities to both give and receive with grace. You can contribute to our grant pool at checkout to help another participant attend the Popup. If you need financial support, you may → apply here for assistance through our ticket fund. Grant applications are due by April 17th for Cohort 1 and May 17th for Cohort 2. Grants are limited and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
