Roland Bleszynski

Roland has a background in architectural and engineering design, environmentally sustainable building systems and materials, project and construction management,commercial contracts and quality control. Abode Developments main work is providing turn-key solutions to foreign property investors in Phuket. He holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Civil Engineering specializing in Structures and Materials, Building Science and Real Estate Development. His doctorate degree focused on environmentally sustainable engineering materials and systems, with thesis research on the use of industrial waste by-products in construction materials to achieve better performance and durability. Recently, Roland has been working in the Medical Services industry, in a business and real estate capacity in his role as Managing Director for Oasis International.
